One-year limited warranty
Velor Works products that are advertised with a one-year warranty are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date, subject to the exclusions below.
What is covered
Coverage applies to manufacturing defects that cause the product or its supplied electrical components to fail during normal, intended use. For an approved warranty claim, Velor Works may repair the product, replace the defective component, replace the product with the same or a substantially equivalent item, or provide another remedy required by applicable law.
What is not covered
- Incorrect installation, wiring, polarity, voltage, fuse selection, or power source
- Cut, modified, spliced, altered, or disassembled products except as specifically instructed
- Damage caused by collision, impact, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper mounting, or unauthorized repair
- Damage resulting from vehicle faults, electrical surges, short circuits, water intrusion caused by altered seals or improper installation, or use outside the product’s intended environment
- Normal wear, cosmetic changes, fading, or damage that does not affect intended function
- Products purchased from an unauthorized seller when proof of original purchase cannot be verified
Warranty claims
Email info@velorworks.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem. We may request reasonable troubleshooting information before authorizing replacement.
Installation responsibility
Many Velor Works products are vehicle-mounted or 12V electrical accessories. Follow the product instructions, use suitable wiring protection, and verify fitment before installation. Professional installation is recommended if you are not experienced with automotive electrical work. Installation must not obstruct license-plate characters, registration stickers, legally required reflectors or lights, airbags, vehicle controls, or other safety equipment.
Local compliance
Vehicle lighting and modification rules vary by jurisdiction. The customer is responsible for confirming that the product and installation are permitted where the vehicle is used.
Relationship to returns
This limited warranty is separate from the 30-day return policy. Installed or used products that are not defective generally do not qualify for a standard return, but valid manufacturing defects may still be covered by this warranty.
