These Terms govern your use of velorworks.com and your purchase or use of Velor Works products and services.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Appearance, color, finish, dimensions, fitment, and packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturing revisions, display settings, photography, or product improvements. We may change or discontinue products without notice.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, or legal restrictions. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping, when applicable, are shown during checkout.

Fitment and installation

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct application and confirming that installation is appropriate for their vehicle. Electrical accessories must be installed on a suitable 12V circuit. Improper installation, wiring, modification, misuse, or unsuitable power can damage the product or vehicle and may void warranty coverage.

Vehicle laws and safety

Customers are responsible for complying with laws and regulations concerning vehicle lighting, license plates, visibility, road use, inspection, and modifications in their jurisdiction. Velor Works does not represent that every product or installation configuration is lawful for road use in every location.

Independent aftermarket brand

Velor Works is an independent aftermarket brand. References to BMW, M, model names, chassis codes, and other third-party marks are used only to identify intended compatibility or fitment. No affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement by a vehicle manufacturer is claimed unless expressly stated.

Intellectual property

Velor Works names, logos, product designs, photographs, copy, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Velor Works. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Returns, shipping, and warranty

Purchases are also subject to our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty & Installation terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velor Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the site, products, installation, or use. Our aggregate liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
