United States shipping

Velor Works currently ships to addresses within the United States.

• Free Standard Shipping — $0: 3–5 business days.
• Express Shipping — $14.95: 1–3 business days.

Free standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders. Express shipping is optional and can be selected at checkout.

Business days

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other events outside our control can affect delivery timing.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, shipment information is sent after the carrier accepts the package. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery issue, contact us and we will assist with the carrier process where possible.

Damage in transit

Retain the packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
